Oakshire Capital, LLC’s registration as an investment adviser is in progress and not yet effective. Until it is, Oakshire does not provide investment advice or manage accounts. Joining the founding list reserves pricing only. The founding list collects an email address and nothing else, and joining it creates no advisory relationship. No advisory service is delivered, and no payment for advisory services is collected, before registration is effective.

Upon registration, Oakshire’s Form ADV and Form CRS will be available here and via the SEC’s Investment Adviser Public Disclosure website.
Fees
A flat subscription of $15 a month or $120 a year, billed in advance. No percentage of assets and no performance fee. Nothing is charged before registration is effective.
Conflicts of interest
Oakshire is compensated by a flat subscription fee only. It receives no payment for order flow, no revenue share from any broker, and no compensation tied to which securities the model selects.
