The service

No. Your money stays in your own brokerage account, in your name, at your broker. Oakshire is not a fund, holds no client money, and has no withdrawal rights on your account.

A subscription that runs the model on your own brokerage account. It invests new deposits and rebalances the portfolio every quarter.

Yes, where the brokerage allows it. Today the model can place its trades in an account you already hold at Webull or Public, with your consent through that brokerage's own login, never your password, and more brokerages are added as they open up. Otherwise you open an account through Oakshire at its custodian in a few minutes, where fractional shares let $100 hold all 20 names. Either way Oakshire gets trade authorization only: no withdrawals.

No. Every client holds the same list, and that is what makes the price possible. If you need exclusions, this is not the right product for you.

The subscription ends at the end of the period you paid for. The model stops rebalancing. The account and every position stay yours at the custodian, to keep, sell, or move.

The model

Independent academic research published in 2025. It trained a machine-learning model on public company data to rank stocks within peer groups. Oakshire runs the same method, on fewer inputs, for individual accounts. The research's results are not Oakshire's and are not shown on this site.

Four times a year: January, April, July, and October. Between rebalances nothing changes and nothing is asked of you. The portfolio holds 20 stocks, the largest names the model ranks highest, no two from the same peer group, and some positions change each quarter as the rankings move.

The model buys the current portfolio the next trading day after your deposit settles. At signup you can choose instead to wait as cash for the next quarterly rebalance. Either way, from the first rebalance on, your account moves with every other client's.

Yes, in the sense of machine learning: the model learned its rules from decades of public data instead of following rules a person wrote. It is not generative AI and it is not a chatbot.

Your money and account

Yes. Any stock portfolio can fall, and this one holds only 20 stocks. Oakshire has no track record, and past results of any kind do not predict future returns.

Nothing changes by hand. No one at Oakshire overrides the model for a client, and the model does not react between quarters. You can cancel at any time and your positions stay where they are.

Your account will be held at a US brokerage that is a SIPC member, which protects customer assets up to its limits if the brokerage fails. It does not protect against market losses. Oakshire never holds your money.

Rebalancing sells positions. In a taxable account that can create capital gains or losses, and the custodian issues the tax forms. Oakshire does not give tax advice.

Fees

$15 a month, or $10 a month billed yearly ($120). No percentage of your assets and no performance fee. Nothing is charged for advisory services before Oakshire's registration is effective.

No minimum balance to subscribe. The first deposit is $100, so each of the 20 positions clears the custodian's $1 minimum order. Later deposits can be any amount from $10 and buy the current portfolio when they land.

Because the work is the same whatever your balance: the model runs once a quarter for everyone. On a small balance a percentage fee can cost less in dollars; a flat fee stays the same as the account grows.
